Project Description:
Situated in the heart of Miami’s art and entertainment district, the CANVAS luxury condo building soars 37 stories high. The complex offers patrons a sunrise and sunset pool, a gym, and a spa. DJM’s responsibility was to model and coordinate the plumbing and HVAC systems with all other trades involved with the job.
How DJM Helped:
CANVAS’s numerous amenities and custom studio floorplans, complicated the structure’s build. Our team drew and coordinated the Sheet Metal, Mechanical Pipe, and Plumbing. In addition, DJM provided solutions such as plenum ceilings and a riser stack system for the plumbing. These adjustments allowed the ceiling heights in the unit and the amenity spaces to meet the architect’s design intent.
