Standing 64 stories high, the Brickell Flatiron’s gorgeous luxury condos are redefining the Miami skyline. The building’s unique curvilinear form allows for spacious floor plans in the heart of the city.

How DJM Helped:

As the fourth highest skyscraper in Miami, the build would have been difficult on its own. The innovative structural design increased the difficulty and made seamless trade coordination essential to finalizing the project. DJM created and reviewed the building’s fire protection.
