Project Description:

The hotel, casino, and entertainment complex sits in the heart of Springfield, MA. The complex is home to a five-star steakhouse, Italian restaurant, four glamorous bars, an outdoor pool, gym, and spa.

How DJM Helped:

Constructing a resort this size including all the amenities required a lot of coordination. The MGM Springfield hotel and casino were built using prefabrication and modular methods. This added additional complexity as each individual hotel room needed to be precisely laid out for all the MEP trades to align when pieced together. The project stakeholders relied on DJM to 3D model the plumbing design and ensure that the plans fit well with the other trades.
