Project Description:

Though not complete yet, the six-story HarborChase assisted living center will serve senior residents of Montgomery County Maryland with a fitness center, massage, salon, game room, and a lush dining center.

How DJM Helped:

An assisted facility of this size required a keen eye for detail during the coordination. DJM was brought in to review the BIM designs and also modeled the plumbing, sheet metal, and mechanical pipe for the entire build.
