DJM Is Seeking Applicants for New Estimating/Sales Manager Role
Our team is looking for a full-time Estimating / Sales Manager to join our team in Schwenksville, PA. In this role, you will lead a team of estimators, prepare detailed estimates for clients, and perform other duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of two estimators
- Update and schedule estimates
- Review estimates to confirm accuracy of pricing and writeups
- Collaborate with project management on estimates and change orders
- Track metrics related to estimating efforts
- Prepare monthly progress reports
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Work with sales and marketing teams to expand client base
- Attend occasional trade shows
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent blueprint reading skills for all trades
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Adobe or Bluebeam
Preferences:
- Sales background a plus
